have been a customer of yours since 1961 ,have had a few problems over the years but not as bad as this one. Arrived in salem Nh.on7/4/17 about 6;45 pm i ordered a super steak for my wife and i was trying pizza and pasta 4;99 special ,we paid bill and while waiting for pasta saw that the server over charged me one dollar on pasta,pizza special and one dollar on steak sand.showed her the receipt she said that that is what it cost,i then showed her sign in window which said 499,she again said that was how it rang up and that was it.it took from 645 to 715 to get pasta,then another half hour to get 2 slices of pizza never mind i wanted pepperoni .we left there at 830 I felt like i had been there all day also server and cooks were all polite. training needs help rose,sam gentile
