I don't work there anymore, and I am still waiting for my W-2 forms to come in the mail, and I haven't received them yet. I need to know when I will receive them; I have until April 15 to file.
I need to know as soon as possible. This is a serious matter for me. I need to hear from somebody by today or tomorrow at the least.

DI placed an order to be delivered. Order showed up, food was missing.
I called and they were sending it right out. I called back after an hour to find out they never made the food nor were they sending it out. The worker hung up on me. She told her manager that I hung up on her.
Mind you its my third time calling trying to figure out where my food and money is. I called and asked to talk to the manager. He was so rude and awful. He basically called me a liar.
I never received the refund for my food that I never received.
Papa Ginos is awful!! I cant believe how bad I was treated for their mistake!!

I ordered a pizza online and wanted to tip the driver and cash I was unaware that the pizza was delivered because I got no notification and found it on my front doorstep 10 minutes after the fact I called the store to ask for the driver's name and I was laughed at by the young person that answered the phone I then asked to speak to the manager who hung up on me before I even letting me speak what I wanted to say and when I called back the second time he called me a stupid *** *** and I know where you live and I'll come to your *** his name is David it's June 20th and this happened at approximately 7:50 p.m. from the Braintree store which I will never shop at again and I expect a full refund of my charge to my credit card

You could not do anything better. These two guys are the best.
Dominic makes a great pizza, and Xavier is always very friendly and smiling. I go to Papa Gino's every Tuesday night just to see these guys.

Not a thing. These guys are the best.
They both are very good workers and very pleasant to deal with. That is what keeps me coming back.

Papa ginos delivery
I went online and was going to plsce an order to be delivered. It required a credit card and i am a disabled vetern unfortunately i have not been able to go to bank.
I called and they guy wo answered when asked if pick up or delivery he said you have to pay with card upfront. I explained i am disabled veteran and have been unable to go to bank i have cash. He said well you have to do pick up i exolained i do not have a car and unable to drive. I got a sorry and that was it.
I really think its unfair as i am almost 50 years old and i cant oay for a burger chips a drink and blondie anð was gonna try one of those new italian things also it said i earn 50 points. I have 15 in rewards they wouldnt let me use on last order said oh its a jimmy fund u cant use it. My daughter went with my card then it tried ti charge me 5 dollars to much i havent seen that refund yet. Said looks like i put in 5 dollars for jimmy fund said no.
They said they removed but again i havent seen. I am upset that i cant use rewards i cant get delivery with cash i do not want phone calls only email resoponse as i said i am disabled and i have hard time on phone but i pro ided email jrandolph2477@***.com

I placed an order (large order), and when we received it, the large steak and cheese was not edible. The steak was so burned that I had to throw it away.
I was so disappointed.

I ordered from Papa Gino's in Salem, NH. #337644****29818, this is my order number. I placed the order on 3/11/25. Papa Gino's used to be my favorite pizza place since I was a kid. Today, I spent almost $42.00 for a small pizza, an order of ravioli, and a 2-liter bottle of ginger ale. They called me and said there was no ginger ale available, so I ordered something else. The food came and I took one bite of the pizza and my stomach turned! I don't know what the sauce or something that was on there was made of! The sausage seemed raw; it was not even edible! It was beyond salty! The ravioli was drowned in sauce, and it was just not good. I am extremely upset for one, I loved that place, and two, the amount of money I spent and I got complete garbage! I called to talk to someone and I was just brushed off like 'oh well, nothing I can do' was how I took it. No apology, no offer to remake the food, nothing. Disgusting! People work hard for their money and expect to eat something good when they order something. Nowadays, nobody cares about a customer being satisfied with their food or whatever it is. Totally unacceptable. I will never eat there again! Do not waste your money; it's garbage!

Called papa Ginos in my area about missing items from my order when I called the man on the phone credited me I told him I paid when I picked up my order he said ok will take off your bill and credit you said ok so when I went in the next day the manager said we dont do that she did not give me a chance to explain what happened she was every rude went back again nothing showed up on my account saying I received credit still not showing she gave me a rude comment back its only $3.00 told it was more it was happened at papa Ginos 1083 main st S. Yarmouth Ma..on June 3rd,2025. ,(bought salad with BBQ chicken ) no chicken came with order
Disgusting attitude of manager
Placed an order for almost $50 which never arrived when I received a text saying it had been I called the store. The manager was rude.
Dismissive used extreme profanity and was screaming at the top of his lungs, making threats that he didnt care. It wasnt his problem and hes not the one making all the money Papa Ginos is so he could care less

The first thing you should have said when you called was “This is Mr Smith at 123 Jones St., your driver left without his tip”. That would prompt the business to send the driver back.
Your way, “This is ..... What is your driver’s name....”. You don’t need to know his name.
How would you knowing his name get your tip to him? You wanted his name to have to lodge a complaint.
Not taking sides, but in the future I would be hesitant to let a place prepare my online food delivery order that didn’t include a tip.
Well, most likely you gave the wrong address.
" I called the store to ask for the driver's name ", the driver's name is none of your business.
Guarantee you the driver would have made it this customer's business had he known the guy wanted to tip him!!!! But, he ASSumed it was a cheapo customer that was calling to complain and so he cheated himself out of his tip and the lamebrain manager apparently is begging for an assault and battery charge.
OP called and wanted the name to complain the pizza was left outside. What did he need a name for?
To address him by name when he returns for the tip?
Only one person needed id’d to make the tip happen and that is the OP’s. It would be different if OP walked into the pizza shop.
The driver’s time was already wasted since this person passively-aggressively behaved poorly with every intention of leaving no tip. It’s not worth his time to make a second trip.
