The entire place needs a facelift. The wallpaper on the wall is completely torn and shredded as are the rugs.

They look moldy on the sides of this of the bricks both stalls and the ladies room were bubbling in the toilet dont flush.

They were full of rust and to flush the toilet in the back, you actually have clean toilet paper in your hands to do that because its covered with green crap and mold the sink when I went to wash my hands were covered with rust so you tell me if youd wanna eat here For the prices you guys charge it should not look like this. You should take a little bit more pride in your properties.

Order of pizza and bread sticks

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My wife and I ordered a large pizza and a small bread stick tonight, 8/25/24, and the food was so terrible that we threw it out. It was tasteless overcook , and plain horrible.

We paid around $36 and I would like a refund .

We stopped ordering from the Centerville MA location due to this kind of service. We tried them again tonight and the food was terrible.

Meatball sub

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Called auburn mass location and ordered 2 small meatball subs with no cheese but extra sauce as substitute.

Was given total of $22.00 but didn't register the cost until I hung up. Called back and told they only have large subs.

It was a delivery person taking order and didn't know. Asked to please amend the order with no cheese. Was transferred and had to repeat the problem and again said no cheese but extra sauce. Picked it up and at home noticed it had cheese and not a lot of sauce.

Don't know how hard it is to comprehend no cheese.

I was tired and hungry and peeled off the cheese with a lot of sauce. Never again

This happened at Warren R.I. Papa Gino's on Saturday night.

For some reason they keep serving undercooked pizza. This is literally the fifth in a row, and last undercooked pie those fools will serve this 45 year plus customer!

Disgusted and disappointed

Papa Ginos - Disgusted and disappointed

I placed an order for breadsticks and chicken. I order about twice a week for my autistic son.

The breadsticks i recieved were awful and burnt and my kids wouldnt eat them. I called to ask them to remake them and they were yelling in the background that theres nothing they can do because its dinner time and they are busy. They refused to remake them. I cant even believe that they wouldnt offer to remake them at some point.

Completely unacceptable and disappointing.

I took a picture so they cant say they werent overcooked. Now i have 4 hungry kids that i have to deal with.

Very Bad SUB

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Updated by user Jun 23, 2024

No I will not order another meatball sub or other things except for pizza. I will go somewhere else if I want another sub, etc

Original review Jun 21, 2024
I ordered a meatball sub at the Papa G in Franklin. I picked the order up myself.
I only had maybe 2 miles to get home as I also live in Franklin.
When I got home and was looking forward to my sub, I got an unhappy surprise.
I think maybe, due to the fact that way too much sauce was on the sub the bread was falling apart.

It was no longer a sub but pieces of Meatball here and there inside the so called sub. I actually ended up throwing most of it in the trash. So much sauce on top even gave the meatballs a bad taste. The bread was falling apart and not really edible.

Very disappointing! I think it would be a good idea if the young men working there had some "schooling" as to how to make an actual sub. But I would also like to mention that the young men that were working that afternoon were all very friendly and thougtful.

The date was:6/18/24 at 1:05 in the afternoon My bill for the so called sub was $12.62. Personally I do believe the workers could use some "help" learning how to make a "sub" and perhaps also other things on the menu!

Are there any plans to renovate this store? It's a dump, to put it mildly...The bathrooms smell, the plumbing is barely functioning and the dining room should be an embarrassment to your brand.

The tables are original as are sections of the carpet. The decor was in style back in the 60's.. I have been eating at this location for over 50 years and the quality of pizza made here has declined every year since you installed the conveyor belt oven. Who's idea was that???

That thing should be sent to the metal scrap pile, it doesn't cook the pizza the way it should be cooked and is better suited for drying silk screen t shirts. I am tired of paying almost twenty dollars for a undercooked, doughy, poor excuse for a pizza. PLEASE, PLEASE do something with this place.

Trust me, this is not one mans opinion. I have been a very faithful Papa Ginos customer for over 50 years but my loyalty has just about expired...Please restore my trust.

I Love PG bit cant ever afford to go. Idk anyone who goes due to corporate greed. Dominos, Little Ceasars, Papa Johns are just as good and half the price. They closed in my area b4 I expect it again

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Your prices are the most expensive of all the pizza chains and for that reason, sadly, I think you will be closing restaurants unless you can do like the other chains and make it affordable. The higher ur prices the less customers you have and the more of us will go elsewhere.

Are their ovens turned on?

Fifth pizza in a row that was so undercooked, the cheese was still in shredded form and the dough tasted like uncooked flour. For almost 20 bucks a pie?

Never again! And I WAS a 40 plus year customer!

In appropriate service and comments

At 3:55pm on Sunday, July 7th, my family and I went to the papa ginos restaurant in Webster, MA. After getting and eating half of my birthday pizza, I bought it up to the counter and in a mild tone stated that it was the sloppiest pizza I had ever had as the cheese was melted over the crust all the way around and became of this, my son would not eat any of it.

Right after I left the restaurant, my family left and as they left the restaurant, they heard the papa ginos staff state he was a *** customer and I called his name 3 times and he never came up. Well when I had approached the counter and politely asked if the had called my name the papa ginos staff member stated no but it should be right up.

So I just have absolutely no idea where those comments came from as I was courteous and respectful from the beginning. What a nightmare..

Papa Ginos - Horrifyingly bad

We purchased 3 of your frozen Pizzas from Market Basket in Portland Maine several days ago. My wife grew up eating PG in Massachusetts and was excited to have it again.

Several issues we had. Severely under cheesed even when comparing to other frozen pizza. I can provide a picture if needed. I was blown away.

I can't imagine that the pizzas we purchased are the example that you want or expect. I understand what you were trying to accomplish but it's not translating into the execution of the product.

Almost $18.00 for pizza that was terrible

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This happened at your Somerset store and it was like they ran out of sauce for large cheese pizza and just loaded up the pizza but so much cheese. It was awful.

Pizza was not with no $18. I could go to Dominoes and get a pizza for eight dollars, and it wouldve been much better.
